Bloom Pediatric and Adult Health Services can provide personal care services to a qualified child between the ages of 0-months - 21 years old. These personal care services consist of assistance with mobility, bathing, feeding, companionship for school, appointments, or the comfort of your own home. We provide your family with a highly trained, compassionate and, skilled personal care aide, direct care worker and/or home health aide. We understand the importance of having resources to support and assist you during a time of need. It takes a village to raise a child, you are not alone. Allow Bloom to step up and join your village.
